Bad service delivery from Takealot

I am totally disappointed in Takealot. I ordered a Cadac 3 panel gas heater. It was delivered Saturday. When I opened the box and removed the item from the box, I saw that the packaging containing the wheels and spanner was torn open. When I emptied the contents I noticed that there was only 3 wheels instead of 4. I contacted Takealot. I was instructed to take pictures of everything I received including the box with the barcode. I comp**** and mailed the pictures. No response. I phoned them on Monday, only to be informed to return the item with a return number provided via email. Item was collected on Tuesday. No indication when item will be replaced! Nothing wrong with my money, but no item or communication!!! Very disappointed!!!!!
