BAD SERVICE DELIVERY!

I am so disappointed with Takealot service. I have placed an order with Takealot and they delivered incomplete order of which I returned. I received a credit instead of an order replacement, was discouraged to even place another order again from them as their delivery takes long, meaning I will have to wait for another two weeks again for my order to be delivered. I then claimed for a refund on 25th November 2020, which it was promised to be processed within 3-5 working days to this day I haven't received my refund. I have been trying to contact them, the only way you can reach them is through email or their online self service of which they don't even respond too as well. I need my refund to be able to buy my daughter a gift for her birthday, this is unacceptable. I WANT MY REFUND, ONE CANNOT EVEN CALL YOU OR REACH YOU AT ANY POINT, THIS IS SO DISAPPOINTING.
