Bad Service ( Delivery)

I made an Order ***9 and was promised that it will be delivered on the 06th before 17:00. At 18:20 the order had not arrived, regardless of the sms that i received on the 05th indicating that the stock is dispatched. On the same day at 18:20 I had made query with Takealot online with *** and received acknowledgement and feedback that the order was dispatched, thus the end of it, ridiculously i receive a further email asking me rate the service i have received on the ticket.
