Bad service delivery and customer care by Takealot.

I am very disappointed by Takealot, I bought an Urn on the 15th of June and it was supposed to be delivered on the 1st of July BUT it was not delivered. I got surprised when I was tracking my order on their app because the app shows that my urn is delivered and signed for, BUT I didn't receive it. I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED. I tried to call them many times but they didn't respond.
