Bad service delivery and communication

Iam a take a lot personal shopper l buy items for people on Take a lot.l ordered an air fryer on the 4th of September and it was supposed to be delivered on the 5th but it is the 6th today there is no communication on what is really happening .l’m on Take a lot express .When l track the order it says delayed without any reason.l tried to even contact the support team but they also didn’t assist me.l’m very angry because l do not know what to say to my customer now.
