BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

<p>I ordered two parcels on the 22 December 2016,then they offered a COD method which is cash on delivery. They then confirmed that I'm gonna get the parcels no later than the 29 December 2016.now they are telling me I need to make an EFT payment so I can get them.I don't understand why they telling me about the couriers and the third parties.what I don't understand is that why are they making COD as an option if they are failing to do it.I've called them just now all they say is that they are sorry and they will cancel the orders. What a bad service and yet They Told Santa That He Must Relax They Got Christmas Covered, of which its a big fat lie.I wanted both my parcels by the 30th but seems customers are not really their priorities, their boxes got smiles but me as a customer I'm not smiling. What a bad service indeed.</p>
