Bad service delivery

I have been waiting for almost 2 weeks for my order. Should have received it on the 5th it is not the 14th. I have received so many miscommunications from takealot and now they are saying once again that my payment was not received after I have sent proof of payment and a takealot agent has confirmed that payment has been received and they are shipping my order. Now I have to send another proof of payment to pay fast and wait for them to confirm then order again and wait even longer, however the app says that they now no longer have the product that I ordered. This is really unacceptable. If I did not follow up with takealot I would've waited for nothing. Very unsatisfied.
