Bad service delivery

Ordered a slush puppy machine from takealot on the 09th March on the 18th March other goods that we ordered were delivered except the slush machine since 18th March I have been calling every day to enquire about where my machine is and non of the call Centre agents can assist I have requested to speak to 3 of the supervisors Rabia , Crystal and Zinhle all of which non of them return my calls and keep saying they going to call me back

This is pathetic service from takelot
