Bad service delivery

I paid an additional R100 for same-day delivery, specifically because I will not be home tomorrow. Throughout the entire day, the app showed that my order would be delivered today. However, the delivery never arrived, and without any explanation, it was suddenly rescheduled for tomorrow. This is unacceptable. I paid extra for a service that was not provided, and this has caused me significant inconvenience. I am very disappointed with the way this was handled
