Bad service delivery

I placed an order monday morning and was promised delivery on 11/11/2015 when i called them i was told the driver couldnt find the to deliver at. and was promised again delivery on the 12/11/2015. still nothing, i had to call twice to check on my order but still i was told that the driver could not find the place and my call got cut off , but i weas not called back by the call centre as they have my details. I dont understand why do we have to give out our numbers if you wont be contacted when they encounter problems with the location. The service im recieving regarding my order is beyond bad.<br> <br> <br> <br> <br> <br>
