BAD SERVICE DELIVERY

I placed an order on the 20th for the essentials i need for myself and my new baby( 38 weeks pregnant) , i received an email on the 23rd confirming delivery for the 24th which never happened. Today i contacted Takealot only to be told that their driver will only come in on the 26th, which then i explained that it is my last day in the office today( 25th ) and i will be back in the office on the 05th of February 2018. I feel so devastated and helpless as i ordered the stuff in need and i knew i wouldn't be able to go to the shops physically as i am heavy pregnant and booked for Saturday the 28th for delivery and nappies, feeding bottles , maternity pads that were supposed to be delivered haven't been delivered .

I am so angry and i cannot even begin to express my disappointment and stress , i have been a customer for years that spent thousands every month on takealot and no one is willing to assist me. i will never ever waste my time and money on such unprofessional service!
