Bad service

Never subscribe to TakealotMORE. I signed up for the free trial in May and cancelled the subscription. Despite this, my account was still debited. I only used the service during the trial period and made just one purchase. I have not used any TakealotMORE benefits or services in June. Now I'm being told that I cancelled after the cooling-off period and that I used the service, which is simply not true. If I was only on the free trial in May and have not used the service since, how can I be charged for June? I would like my refund processed immediately and would appreciate proof of any alleged usage after the free trial ended. nonsense.
