BAD SERVICE

I have recently purchased a light bar from Takealot.com. On the description the light bar was exactly what I needed, showing details of different beams and spot lights with water resistance feature as well. Upon receiving the light, I found that the box description was correct. When I opened the box, WOW totally inferior item. Had no separation of beams and was very poor quality. There was no brackets and had 3 *****s only. I requested an exchange of the item and the correct item be sent to me. I was contacted via email by an agent from Takealot. This is where the issue came up. They stance is that they will exchange the item, but if they don't have stock then they proceed with a credit. ALL I WANTED WAS WHAT I PAID FOR. There was no quality check done on the product and this entire inconvenience of the return became my problem. Went through all the efforts and this process took 5 working days only to be advised by Takealot that they don't have stock, the easy way out. This is a lie and they service provider is conducting FALSE ADVERTISING. I suggested to this organization that better checks should be in place as they stand to have a reputational risk as they are the front company TAKEALOT.COM. They just have this attitude that you are a drop in the ocean and they don't care of you inconveniences caused. BAD SERVICE FROM TAKEALOT!!!!!
