Bad service

This has been the worst service I have ever experienced from take a lot I ordered a mini hi fi for my husband it was meant to be delivered on the 13th was excited when they sent a message it would be delivered the 09th December instead of them sending and what I ordered a sinotec system they decided they going to send a Telefunken DVD system I called to inform them about the mistake all the agent could tell me is they can refund me I had asked for manager to contact me I'm still waiting they try to send it two days in a row and I sent it back as why should I except something I didn't order .it's like ordering a pizza and you get a burger .Very disappointed you guys.
