Bad service

Returned a masculin product because the perfume had spilled. This was done on the past Saturday and today morning I got an SMS stating that the item will be collected before 17:00. I've been waiting with this bad smelling box and now I called they said I should reschedule. Now balance me here, firstly y'all delivered a damaged product which inconvienced me the past weekend because I couldn't use it, I never opened the box fine I let it slide, now instead of collecting this damaged product no one came and I have to travel back home which +40km away. This thing is obviously gonna get worse and their team still has to investigate and check the packaging to ensure that I never opened the product but the box is getting out of shape because I use taxis. What's next? They'll reject my return claim and say I damaged the product because the box is now shapeless. Come on guys you can do better. I can't even leave this thing at my work office because it smells bad. Spilled perfume stinks hard. I'm not happy at all it seems like they are just quick to collect your money but when it comes to resolving such matters they are snails.
