Bad service.

I have made order on the 26th May which was promised to be delivered on the 28th of May Thursday. Came the day I did not receive my order and there was no communication stating what is holding my order. I ended up cancelling the order and I waited for my money to be credited, but till today I haven’t received my money, I have been communicating with the team members from Takealot and they keep promising that I will get my money but nothing. I just want my money. Takealot is becoming a nightmare and it used to be the best.
