Bad Service

I bought a text book from Takealot and the delivery date said the 25th of Feb. The book reached the depot and was supposed to be dispatched to me. The delivery date still says the 25th and the book is still not delivered. I contacted their call centre and it seems as if none of their agents can hear me. I need to complete an assignment and cant find the book any where. This is my first and last experience I will have with takealot. Call me on ***
