Bad service.

I've bought a phone at takealot and the phone had some default. I then logged a return with them and they came to collect the phone. All accessories that came with the phone were placed back in the box but sonehow, they returned the phone back saying that accessories were missing. If you wanna buy online, just know that takealot will find ways not to process your return if you buy a device that is at fault. Look elsewhere to buy. I'm so disappointed in them.
