Bad service
I sent email still no response ...I tracked my order and its showing delivered .. i want to know where because I didn't get my package .. called them and lady said will get back to me ..still now I am waiting..I am stressing because where is my order ...courier guy why didn't he call me before delivering

15 Aug 2025, 11:10Day 3 still no feedback from takelot I a using my airtime calling them...I spoke with Ryan. Noluthando. They didn't call me back last agent it was Sandiso he said they will deliver today but still no feedback..they are telling me sandiso he is off today because he promised me... asked for manager or team leader...they said no manager wow..this is the service from takelot...they keep on telling me they are escalating ..I want my money takelot if you cant deliver my package ...even emailed CEO of takelot still no feedback ..this is a ****
