bad service complaint

I have ordered 2 items. 1st item a camping chair and 2nd item was a adapter. I received a toy elephant instead of the chair and the wrong adapter. i returned both items and was promised to receive my refund within 3 to 5 working days. in the meantime i phoned twice to give my banking details and today is day 9 and i have sent emails to 4 different people with no reply and then today 1 rep**** that they want my banking details. i asked the person to please phone me as i am wasting my airtime and is retired. they all just ignore me. no response from no one. people should be aware that if you return anything you will not get your money back.

i am very disappointed and will not ever order anything from takealot.
