Bad service!!!

Takealot has become the worst service ever ive ordered and paid for my order sunday 1st dec order was suppose to come on the 5th yet the app still shows for delivery 5th dec order of my products never delivered an received but money was given upfront what a disaster yet no feedback only a apology as they look into the matter im highly disappointed as ive bought from them so many times and this is the poor service they deliver
