Bad service

Ordered 7 items and when i opened the box only 5 items was inside. There is no place to log a query for this. Eventually Monica from takealot contacted me my daughters Laptop was not delivered she said she will investigate and get back to me this was on 1 June 2020 i have send her probably 20 mails since then just no response!! This is very bad service from a company that always gives me good service. Can something be done???
