Bad service

I am so furious; January I bought a stove, and my stove came with a dent which I reported but decided to keep the stove recently my left plate of the stove stopped working and since my stove has a warranty, I decided to log a return it so that the stove can be replaced. I got email from an agent by the name of Maropeng K, and she said the stove was rejected because of a physical dent and in my mind, I thought she was referring to the dent the stove came with, and I told her the stove came with dent and I even sent the pictures of the stove. Today morning the 3rd of May I got a call from the driver saying he has my stove and to my surprise the stove oven glass its broken and no one said anything about it and now I have to provide pictures that the driver took the stove without a p=broken glass and that is not part of the drivers job to take pictures before they let with the stove and even on the log return I did specify that the left plate has stopped working and if the glass was broken I was going to mention that, now I have fully damaged stove and no one is willing to help
