Bad service

ordered goods on the 29th November. delivery date was the 11th December. still no goods received. date moved on 3 times with no notice. delivery date now the 17th as i needed to cancel some products. my Holiday starts tomorrow so guess what i cant go on holiday yet as i ordered Christmas presents for my kids. app and website very poor as you cannot complain nor contact someone to assist. had to dig on google to find someone. i doubt Takealot will do anything for me but here is my order number #***7. will never ever use Takealot again.
