Bad service

I still have not received any reply emails from takealot after I cancelled a duplicated order. My account is in overdraft because of them and I am still receiving notifications that my order will be delivered today. I have cancelled order but they are still delivering it. There is no telephone number or email address to contact them. This is really not on . I don't want credit on this account I want my money back. Please contact me urgently takealot.
