Bad Service

I placed an order on takealot on the 30th of May and it's now the 26th of June. I've been receiving emails from takealot saying that the courier tried to call me which is false, I never received any call from the courier whatsoever. I received 2 emails today saying that my package has been sent back to takealots warehouse. I'm so confused and I called their customer service line. I explained to the woman I was talking to and she said that there's nothing she can do about it since the package has been taken back. I requested for a refund and it's currently pending. I definitely don't recommend using takealot again.
