Bad service

Purchased something in September and had to return is cause it was missing items. They delivered it again saying that it had been resolved only for me to see they didn't do anything. Called for them to refund me my money and collect the package and the lady said it's confirmed she will do that for me and now we'd are in December and I am still waiting. I think this service is outrageous and they need to have a hard look at the quality of service they are giving.
