Bad Service by takealot Driver

Poor Customer Service by one of the drivers Named Pfunani Mkansi. I always get my orders delivered in my address at the gate from take a lot and Superbalist with no issues or problems from the drivers and I have seen the drivers coming to deliver from my gate with stock in the vans. This driver refused to come by my street and said that he has stock and will be hijacked they are no longer allowed to enter the small streets? Since when ? When I had my order returned last week and the dr er that collected came to my bourse to collect and this one with bad attitude even refused to give me his name with an attitude and asked what do I want to do with him name then drove off. This is so unprofessional coming from him
