Bad service by far

So I ordered a book from @TAKEALOT on friday the 24th of Febuary and they gauranteeed on the website that If I add a R100 extra it will delivered the next day of which I did add the amount. till now I have been told different stories because they have my money...I do not need apologies, I need the Item that i paid for. If not delivered today, i request my money back, I will try elswhere.
