Bad service by Driver - ***

I had the most traumatic experience with delivery driver and he even insulted me as I was telling him as to why wasn’t I informed abou Delivery arriving. I then said please may you come back then as I need to arrange at work, he refused stating he won’t come back. Fine I let it go I ended up leaving work and drove all the way to where the driver is making his next delivevery. I called him again and asked him as to why can’t he deliver again ?? He told me he has other places to go. The man was shouting asking me as to why am I being difficult? I immediately called “call center” I was also connected to the receiving branch. The lady wasn’t helpful at all. She was shouting. IlThe driver continued to ask me if he should leave the parcel in the street? Shocked as well. He opened my boot and put the parcel inside obviously my item was too large , I still asked why can’t you deliver this item at my place . He wasn’t bothered he left my boot door open. Fuming as I was , he then took the parcel put it on his car and left

This is bad service: Even now the branch hasn’t contacted me and the item was captured as delivered
