Bad service.

I bought a watch - fit pro which came with earpods from takealot, delivered on the 6th March. On arrival the watch was bigger than online.The earpods delivered were black and I ordered white. I decided to return it for a refund. The driver who came for collection wanted them in the original box which I did. I then received an email from takealot stating that I did not return the earpods,they were not in the box containing the watch. On replying I asked them to ask the courier driver because he saw the package.

It's been almost 3 weeks, no refund instead the keep sending emails asking the same thing repeatedly.

Please help me to get my money back.
