Bad service

I bought a tv from Takealot 6 months ago few days ago it just stopped working. I have logged for the return been more than 4 days now they keep changing the reference and sending me messages and emails that a driver is coming before 5pm everyday just for them to send me a message and emails at night that drivers failed to come collect.
