Bad service

I bought a product, Eucerin UreaRepair Plus 10% Urea Body Lotion, for Very Dry Skin, 250m, R320 That was on special for R189l I received my product and it is a different Eucerin product!I was disappointed because u can't make a mistake! I could not normally afford this product and with it being on special I decided to get it! I send back the faulty product,and did not hear a thing from Takealot! Now I looked and my account is credited!!! I don't want a credit I want what I ordered at the price I ordered it!!! I am so upset now😭 I mean really u don't do this in business, I order allot from Takealot and have been a customer for many years and this is how u get treated
