Bad service

I ordered a watch a Garmin obviously it has to be unsealed if I take it out and test it now they don't want to refund the money because the box is unsealed the garmin watch light does not want to come on when I want to look at the time I have to shake my arm to pay almost R4000 for something that does not work right is not right... It's a lot of money I just want my money back
