Bad service

Usually I have no problem with them. HOWEVER, with my latest order, I was thoroughly disappointed. First, I order a car radio, I have to wait a week for them to get it in stock before they send it to me, that's fine, the gift is for month end. I eventually receive it, and it's the wrong radio. After it takes three days for them to review the return, and it finally reaches them again, I get told it's an issue with all the items, they all have the wrong item in. So I get credited instead. Now I'm forced to buy a more expensive one, because that's the only option, and have to wait another TWO WEEKS for them to get this stock before sending it. It's ridiculous, the gift is late, and the amount of time this has all taken is disgusting.

So not only is the second item late, the issue with the first item tells me they don't check their items before sending it.
