Bad service

I bought a mirrored shoe rack from Takealot October 2020. The parcel was delivered but the oak stand was broken. I reported but takealot took for ever but ultimately they collected it. I waited for a long time emailing/phoning. The said the item was out of stock and they will refund. From that time it has been hell. In summery I don't have the shoe rack. I have not been refunded. At one stage I was accused of not having returned the item which was in fact lying in their Warehouse IN SUMMERY, NO SHOE RACK, NO REFUND. MY EXPIRIENCE WITH TAKE A LOT IS DESGUSTING AND HAS REALLY BEEN BAD I now dont trust ordering on line at all.
