Bad service

I bough a baby walker at take a lot at the beginning of May and when I received it I was not happy as it had missing features and an unstable leg which made it fall when the baby gets in. I logged a complaint and they sent a courier to collect it. It’s been 2 months now and I still haven’t received my item they keep sending back a item that I didn’t purchase. My baby doesn’t have a baby walker till today whereas i payed for it 2 months back. This is a huge inconvenience for me.
