Bad service at Takealot.com

I ordered pampers pants for my son online on Wednesday they were supposed to be delivered,but I got a message from Takealot asking me to reschedule. I call them which you have hold before they answer for +-20mins before your call can be answered.finally when they answer me they say they could not deliver because the driver got lost ?such an inconvenience. They rescheduled for Friday still no delivery,I wakeup this morning for my parcel to be rescheduled again to Monday without any explanation .such unprofessional bad service .I had to spend more money to buy my son a pack of pampers until I get mine which is so unnecessary.i really not happy by their service .Oder number Number Hi Relebogile, your Takealot order #***0 is rescheduled for delivery before 5:00 PM on Mon 9 Dec..........so inconsiderate !
