Bad Service at takealot.com

Worst service I've had in a long time. Parcel has gone missing twice. Delivery dates completely messed up. Emails and phone calls and service calls gone unanswered for days. No satisfactory feedback when I do get a hold of someone. Frankly I would never recommend your company to anybody and if I ever had to buy something again, I'd rather pay more at a walk in retailer than sit with the headaches that your company causes.
