Bad service at Takealot pick up points

I’m extremely disgusted by the treatment I got in one of your pickup points in Benoni. The lady that works there at the reception ask me to get the parcel from the car that I was bringing for a return, But I told her I can’t do it alone cause it’s heavy. I asked if I can get someone to help me....she said “How did you buy it then if you can’t pick it up”?

To cut the story short , I had to return with it back home cause no one was willing to help.

And the fact that we can’t contact the takealot team due to the “pandemic” does not help they won’t even reply on emails
