Bad service at Takealot

I have placed my order on Sunday (2/06/24) and immediately after that I noticed that the app has automatically corrected my address to the incorrect one. I emailed the takealot about the incident and I was told that it will be attended to. Till today, I have received my order. Tried to cancel it but I am failing.
