Bad service at takealot

Someone made an order for me using take a lot,my reference for the order was sent to me via an SMS and when would the order arrive,when my order arrived,it was missing a whole box of diapers and there was a box of teething biscuits that was empty,I'm not happy with take a lot,I don't even know if I will ever get the box of diapers,as I'm still waiting,and I can't even contact takealot,yet my order has already been paid for.
