Bad service at Takealot

Takealot give you the option of delivery dates when you order. When I placed my order, my deliver date was for the 11th of December. Today is the 13th of December, still no delivery!! After several phone calls, just to hear the same story over and over again, I must hear that they are unable to change the delivery address ect. Who's problem is it?? Im very disappointed in Takealot!!
