Bad service at takealot

What a bad service i received at takealot i ordered on tuesday and my order was supposed to be delivered today the 10/11 but the order has no movement when i call their *********** customer service no one can tell me what is happening with my order instead they put me on hold for more than 10 minutes and the line cut off, i previously thought takealot was the best online shopping now i regret ever placing the order with them...really disappointed
