Bad Service at Collection Point

I have been purchasing from Takealot since it was Kalahari and to be perfectly honest I have only had one issue with a product which was refunded with very little stress however I would like to complain about an incident on Saturday 14 December at the Faerie Glen Collection point that left me gobsmacked. I went to collect a package, greeted the lady at the counter in English and instead of a response as is customary rep**** in a very rude manner in vernacular that I better speak vernacular because she is tired of speaking English that day. My wife who was with me responded that English was an official language and she said well not her problem she is tired. This to me was not about a preference in an official language but firstly I found her demeanour and tone disrespectful as I am an African male over 40 and did not appreciated being addressed as a child and secondly I felt the same response would not have been extended to a white customer. I could not find a suitable contact to complain on takealot hence I am voicing my dissatisfaction on this forum and it is my hope that this level of customer service is addressed with staff.
