Bad service as No delivery received

I ordered a 50 Inch TV on 08/07/2025 which was estimated to arrive to my house on 14/07/2025.When I track my order after not receiving my order it showed that it was delivered on 11/07/2025 to my address which I could not understand as I did not receive the delivery on the 11th and that day when I tracked the order it showed me that it was shipped and arriving in Capetown warehouse.I sent numerous emails to Take.alot on Monday to enquire about this delivery and I got a reply saying this was escalated to the email team.I am so not happy with kind of service😡😡😡.
