Bad service and worst delivery

I placed an oder early yesterday for the same day delivery and waited all day for it to arrive, it did not arrive and received no notice that there is a delay or anything. I have waited all morning and still nothing. I have phoned to find out where my order is and was told it the driver has not left yet. The service is bad and I would not recommend using takealot.com. The service is bad and the the delivery service is even worse.
