Bad service and ************ practices.

I ordered some items from takealot.com on the 5th of March, these included hand sanitisers, wipes and face masks. They failed to deliver the hand sanitisers even though it was in stock when i placed the order and there was no explanation as to what happened.. I received the masks and the wipes on the 12th and a few days later they sent an email to say that i have credit on my account. Still they gave no option of a refund or an explanation as to what happened to the hand sanitisers. My suspicion is that when they realised the demand and price escalation of hand sanitisers they pulled the supply and repriced the items. That to me was ********* behaviour but I did not feel the need to complain about the service till today. My wife was looking for a book and after a quick search we found an ebook on takealot.com and since we have credit in our account we decide to buy the ebook. Its been hours and we are still waiting for the book to download. Now if you read the values of this company they say they are innovative, fun and fast and that is not the experience that i am living at the moment. I am absolutely astonished at the lack of urgency or engagement.
