Bad service and time wasting

It’s just shocking to me to see how takealot does not think it’s customers time as valuable. After being made to wait all day yesterday just for their delivery person to lie and say I wasn’t available for the delivery and being told that delivery will still happen on the same day as scheduled I receive a messsge at 19:42 that my delivery is now reschedule to the next day. No effort at all at an explanation to why my delivery was rescheduled and why my order has not been updated to reflect the real reason why my items were not delivered.? So basically Takealot expects it’s customers to have no life when waiting for their orders!!!

Mind you I made sure to schedule a construction of my house to take place on the same day as the delivery -seeing as I would be home all day- so we had about 7 men working in and around the house who all confirm also not seeing anyone attempting a delivery.
