Bad service and theft

I bought 2 28 inch suitcases from takelot. The day they arrived I returned them using takelot couriers. They were brand new and untouched. Their couriers manhandled the goods and takelot blame me and refuse to refund saying I damaged them. They are skiniving ****** using any excuse not to refund. Even though I bought larger cases in return.
